What kind of photography do you do?
In order to book Madison Kristine Photography, you must fill out an inquiry through my website. From there, I will email you to find out a little bit more about your desired session! Sometimes, we might even hop on the phone to talk things over. If you decide to move forward after discussing prices and details, I will send you a contract that must be signed and turned in with a 50% deposit. Your time and date are not fully reserved until both of these things are turned in. The other 50% of your session's total will be due either the day of or the day before of the shoot. After both the contract and deposit are in, let the planning and magic begin!
What is your booking process?
For weddings, my turnaround time on photos is about 6-8 weeks, and for most other sessions, is 2 weeks! I do my best to get them out to you as soon as I can, and send some previews out shortly after the session is over.
How long does it take to get my photos back?
I do a little bit of everything. Some of my favorite things to shoot are weddings, couples and graduates; however I also shoot families and brands.
How will my photos be delivered?
All photos will be delivered through an online gallery I will send to your email. Through your gallery, you can download as many of your high resolution photos as you want. I will also link a high quality print shop to your gallery to give you an opportunity to order prints. Every session comes with a print release, so it is not necessary to order prints with me if you prefer another method of printing.
Do you deliver RAW (unedited) photos?
Absolutely, under no circumstance, will RAW or unedited photos be given out. The editing process for any photographer is like the cherry on top of the cake to my photos. My editing style helps distinguish myself from other photographers and makes my business me!
Do you travel? How Far?
I will travel wherever my work takes me! if the location is more than 50 miles outside of Grand Rapids, MI, travel fess will apply.
What happens if we have to cancel or reschedule?
In the case you have to reschedule or cancel, no problem! The deposit is nonrefundable for cancelations. I am happy to accommodate a reschedule as long as I am available on the new date.
What kind of payment do you take?
All payments will be made by card on my Honey book website!
