Grand Valley State University Graduation Photos | Olivia

Olivia’s graduation photos were so much fun to capture! She had a lot of ideas for cool shots around the campus and we got all of them! Olivia graduated from GVSU this April majoring in psychology and also art and she wanted to show both of those in the photos. She is a huge fan of Harley Quinn, so we incorporated that into some of the photos with her hammer and the colors in the smoke bombs. Some of my favorite photos are the ones we took in the art room at the university. Surrounded by the sculptures and skeletons, it was really the vibe Olivia was hoping for! She brought along some of her Psychology textbooks and that really added a cool look to the photos!

Something she wanted to do that I have never seen before was a take on the champagne pop trend. We did an energy drink pop! She said that it was one of the things that got her through college and she wanted to commemorate that. So she brought a can of monster energy and the pictures turned out perfectly. I just love it when my clients take trends and put their own twist on it.
